The polyester support was removed and the film was exposed to a 400 W Hg vapor lamp at 50 A and 30.5 cm distance through a photog. mask for manuf. of a printed circuit base. The film was crosslinked in 20-30 s in the presence of all 3 accelerators used, compared with 60 s with no additives or with addn. of benzotriazoles. The mask had good adhesion to the Cu circuit on immersion 45 min in a Cu plating bath at 55.degree.. .
