Uses of Cyclophosphoramide: it can treat many diseases such as malignant lymphoma, multiple myeloma, lymphocytic leukemia, cervical cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, bronchial cancer, solid tumors, rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune diseases. In addition, it can be used to get 3-chlorocyclophosphamide. This reaction will need reagent aq.sodium hypochlorite and solvent CHCl₃. The reaction time is 18 hours and the yield is about 87%.

Cyclophosphoramide can be used to get 3-chlorocyclophosphamide.
