Max. wear resistance was attained with reducing cutting fluids, limiting the access of O to the cutting zone, e.g., a 10% soln. of acetaldehyde [75-07-0] in PhMe, a 2% aq. soln. of pyrogallol [87-66-1], and a 3% aq. emulsion of Ukrinol-1 [62494-12-6].
