Paragraph 0028; 0031; 0033; 0034; 0035; 0037; 0042; 0052, (2018/07/07)
The invention discloses a preparation method of 3,3,3-trifluoropropylene carbonate and 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propanediol by joint production. The preparation method comprises the following steps of using 3,3,3-trifluoro propylene oxide as the raw material, reacting with carbon dioxide for a period of time under the condition of existence of an organic small molecule system, adding a certain amount of water into a reaction solution, and reacting for 4 to 48h at the temperature of 30 to 60 DEG C, so as to obtain crude products of 3,3,3-trifluoropropylene carbonate and 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propanediol; separating, and refining, so as to obtain target products of 3,3,3-trifluoropropylene carbonate and 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propanediol. The preparation method has the advantages that the conditions are mild, the environment-friendly effect is realized, the atom economy is good, the reaction yield rate is high, the product distribution can be regulated, and the preparation method is mainly used for preparing the 3,3,3-trifluoropropylene carbonate and 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propanediol by joint production.
Preparation method for coproduction of 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propylene glycol and 4-trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate

Paragraph 0029-0030, (2018/05/30)
The invention discloses a preparation method for coproduction of 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propylene glycol and 4-trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate. The method includes the steps of: 1) in the presence ofa hydrogen halide solution and organic alkali, performing a reaction to 3,3,3-trifluoroepoxypropane and CO2 at 70-180 DEG C and under 0.1-5 MPa, after the reaction is finished, crude products of the 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propylene glycol and 4-trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate are produced; and 2) separating and purifying the crude products to obtain the target products, 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propylene glycol and 4-trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate, wherein the usage amount of the hydrogen halide is 0.5-20% of the molar weight of the 3,3,3-trifluoroepoxypropane and the usage amount of the organic alkali is 0.5-20% of the molar weight of the 3,3,3-trifluoroepoxypropane. The method has gentle reaction conditions and simple operations, is good in atom economy, and is adjustable in product distribution. The method is mainly used for coproduction of the 3,3,3-trifluoro-1,2-propylene glycol and the 4-trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate.
