CXCR antagonist

CXCR antagonists are chemical compounds or agents that specifically target and block the activity of CXCR (C-X-C chemokine receptor), which is a type of chemokine receptor found on the surface of certain immune cells and other cell types. Chemokine receptors like CXCR are involved in immune responses and inflammatory processes by binding to chemokines, which are signaling molecules that regulate the migration and activation of immune cells. Antagonists work by binding to CXCR receptors and inhibiting their interaction with chemokines, thereby disrupting the signaling pathway that leads to immune cell activation and migration.
