Acidity Regulators

Acidity regulators, also known as pH regulators, are substances used to maintain or change the pH of food. The alkaline dough added when the hair is sour is an acidity regulator. It is mainly used to control the acidifiers, alkalis, and buffering salts required for food. Each acidity regulator has a mild acidity and different characteristics of acidity.
