4. Production method of DL-Cysteine

With the raw materials DL-cysteine hydrochloride, the DL-Cysteine could be obtained after the neutrallzation reaction with alkali. The finished product could be got by a series of process filtering, drying, refining derived.

5. Uses of DL-Cysteine

The DL-Cysteine could react with dimethyl-(2-methyl-indol-3-ylmethyl)-amine, and obtain the 2-amino-3-(2-methyl-1H-indol-3-ylmethylsulfanyl)-propionic acid. This reaction needs the reagent of aq. NaOH. The yield is 68 %. In addition, this reaction should be taken for 0.5 hour. The other condition is heating.
