Article abstract of DOI:10.1016/0031-9422(90)85360-R

The acetone soluble fraction of stems of Sopubia delphinifolia yielded 5,7-dihydroxy-6-prenyl-2',4',5',8-tetramethoxyisoflavone(6-prenylisocaviunin) which was identified by spectral analysis and chemical reactions.It was found to be estrogenically active when bio-assayed on albino rats.
