Some analogs of α⁴ norpyridoxol in which 3 hydroxyl group is replaced by amino and substituted amino groups were prepared and evaluated for anticoccidial activity. 3 Aroylamino analogs of α⁴ norpyridoxol have some coccidiostatic effect towards Eimeria tenella.
