Carcinogenicity of derivatives of polynuclear compounds

In contrast to the enhanced carcinogenic activity of alkylating derivatives of polynuclear hydrocarbons and aminoacridines, a number of other derivatives including conjugates with amino acids and peptides, showed little significant activity at comparable doses in mice.
