be produced in-house upon demand. As some functional
groups are not compatible with Grignard reagents this should
be borne in mind when using this methodology. In conclusion,
this alternative approach offers new possibilities for the rapid
and efficient carbon-11 labelling of drugs containing amide
functional groups for PET imaging applications.
