Raman spectrometer equipped with a Nd/YAG (wavelength 1064 nm)
laser for the excitation radiation at the Osaka Municipal Technical Re-
search Institute. The polarized IR spectra were recorded using a JASCO
FT/IR 430 spectrometer and IRT-30 infrared microscope system equip-
ped with a polarizer accessory. The specimens were directly measured by
a transmission or reflection adsorption method, or put between KBr
plates, pressed, and then measured.
