catalyzed and nonenzymatic catalyzed reactions.
Thus, it will be interesting to test this hypothesis by
measuring the temperature dependence for the variety
of mutant forms of feruloyl esterase enzyme (FAEꢀII)
that do not exhibit this 1100ꢀfold increase in activity.
