1. The conditions of modification (temperature, concentration of R, R-(+)-tartaric acid, solvent) affect the asymmetric properties of tartrate complexes of LaNi₃Co₂H_n hydrides. 2. The combined effect of NaBr (as a comodifier) and trimethylacetic acid (as a promoter) on the optical yield of the reaction was established.
