Gliadin Specification

This chemical is called Gliadin, and its CAS registry number is 9007-90-3. With the EINECS of 232-707-7, its classification code is TSCA UVCB. Its appearance is white powder, and it's soluble in water. Keep this chemical in the ventilated and dry place, away from the light, fire and high temperature.

The Gliadin is a group of simple, vegetable proteins derived from the gluten of various grains. One of the prolamines, derived from the gluten of wheat, may be separated into 4 discrete electrophoretic fractions. It is the toxic factor associated with celiac disease. It can also serve as a useful delivery method for sensitive enzymes (such as superoxide dismutase, which is fused with gliadin to form glisodin). This helps protect them from stomach acids which cause breakdown.

When you are using this chemical, please be cautious about it as the following: Do not breathe dust. Avoid contacting with skin and eyes.
