Preparation of Lipase: this chemical is prepared by pig pancreas. Please degrease 3 kg pig pancreas which was triturated by Chloroform and Butanol. And then you should extract it by Ethanol. Finally, please freeze drying it to get 365 g Lipase.

Uses of Lipase: it is used as enzyme preparation. And it is mainly used for producing of cheese, lipid modification and hydrolysis to prevent alteration of fat in some dairy products and chocolate. Additionally, the product is a lipase of mycete which is used for washing of clothes, industry and utensils.
