Physical and chemical properties:
1.Tetramine (80-12-6) is light powder, solubility in water: approximately 0.25mg/ml; slightly soluble in acetone ,not soluble in methanol and ethanol. is stable in dilute acid and alkali (concentration to 0.1N). Decomposition at the 255 ~ 260 °C, but Tetramine (80-12-6) decompose in the continuous boiling water solution,Thermal decomposition ,emit nitrogen, oxides smoke of sulfur.
2.Fire-fighting measures: Use dry powder, fire-fighting foam and sand. Firefighters must wear respirators and protective clothing.
