Usage

General Description

1-Butanone, 2-(dimethylamino)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-(phenylmethyl)-, also known as 4'-fluoromethyl-α-pyrrolidinopropiophenone (4F-α-PPP), is a synthetic stimulant and designer drug. It belongs to the class of cathinone derivatives and is structurally related to the psychoactive drug α-pyrrolidinopentiophenone (α-PVP). It is a potent psychoactive substance that acts as a dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, leading to increased levels of these neurotransmitters in the brain. 4F-α-PPP is not approved for medical use and is primarily used for recreational purposes. Its effects include euphoria, increased energy, and enhanced focus, but it also carries a high risk of addiction and adverse health effects. The drug has been associated with overdose deaths and is often sold and consumed as a substitute for other illicit stimulants.

According to the present invention, 1-p-fluorophenyl-1-butanone is adopted as the raw material, and only the safe and cheap solvent is used in the whole method to conveniently prepare 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)butanone and 2-(4-methylbenzyl)-2-dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)butanone; and the method has characteristics of cheap and readily available raw materials, high yield, no requirement of intermediate purification, and continuous reaction without solvent replacement, and is the preparation method with characteristics of low cost, environmental protection and easy operation and suitable for industrialization.

Novel alpha-aminoacetophenones as photoinitiators

Compounds of the formula I, II, III and IIIa STR1 in which Ar1 is an unsubstituted or substituted aromatic radical and at least one of the radicals R1 and R2 is an alkenyl, cycloalkenyl or arylmethyl group, are effective photoinitiators for photopolymerization of unsaturated compounds. They are particularly suitable for photocuring of pigmented systems.
