Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 124791-83-9 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,2,4,7,9 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 3 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 124791-83:
(8*1)+(7*2)+(6*4)+(5*7)+(4*9)+(3*1)+(2*8)+(1*3)=139
139 % 10 = 9
So 124791-83-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Lipase catalyzed aminolysis of ethyl propiolate and acrylic esters. Synthesis of chiral acrylamides

Puertas,Brieva,Rebolledo,Gotor

, p. 4007 - 4014 (1993)

Candida cylindracea lipase is a useful catalyst for the preparation of propiolamides. Candida antarctica lipase efficiently catalyzes the aminolysis of different acrylic esters and aliphatic amines; if racemic amines are used, the corresponding optically active acrylic amide is obtained in moderate-high enantiomeric excess.

New alkyne esters and alkyneamide plant antibacterial agents

-

Paragraph 0059-0062; 0076, (2022/03/02)

The present invention relates to a class of propyne esters and propyneamide compounds and synthetic methods thereof, and drugs containing the compound and applications thereof. The two types of compounds have efficient and broad-spectrum inhibitory activity for more than ten kinds of plant pathogenic fungi, and at the same time have the characteristics of simple structure, easy large-scale preparation and high safety of animals and plants, and can be used as active ingredients for the development of new plant antibacterial agents with high efficiency and low toxicity.

ENZYMATIC SYNTHESIS OF PROPARGYLAMIDES

Rebolledo, Francisca,Brieva, Rosario,Gotor, Vicente

, p. 5345 - 5346 (2007/10/02)

A lipase (Candida cylindracea) catalyzed the reaction between ethyl propiolate and aromatic amines to afford propargylamides.
