Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 141665-22-7 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,4,1,6,6 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 141665-22:
(8*1)+(7*4)+(6*1)+(5*6)+(4*6)+(3*5)+(2*2)+(1*2)=117
117 % 10 = 7
So 141665-22-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Z-Selective Synthesis of α-Sulfanyl Carbonyl Compounds from Internal Alkynes and Thiols via Photoredox Catalysis

Luridiana, Alberto,Frongia, Angelo,Scorciapino, Mariano Andrea,Malloci, Giuliano,Manconi, Barbara,Serrao, Simone,Ricci, Pier Carlo,Secci, Francesco

supporting information, p. 124 - 131 (2021/10/12)

A synthetically useful Z-selective cascade formal thiyl radical addition, 1,3-double bond isomerization, oxygen trapping reaction, can be promoted by Eosin B under visible light, leading to the construction of 2-aryl- and alkylthio enone derivatives in good yields. An accurate study on the reactivity of different thiols and the screening of the reaction conditions, allowed us to extend this reaction to a large number of substrates, showing a good functional groups tolerance while highlighting the limitations of this procedure. Background experiments and mechanistic studies were also. performed to rationalize this cascade process. The usefulness of this methodology was finally demonstrated via the transformation of a series of α-sulfanyl-enone adducts through selected oxidation reactions, stereoselective synthesis of cyclopropyl ketones, indanones, and pyrazole compounds. (Figure presented.).

Preparation method of pyrazole derivative (by machine translation)

-

Paragraph 0136-0140, (2019/12/02)

The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an alkyne propyl alcohol derivative, a halogen source, an acid and a solvent, heating and reacting, and reacting to Meyer - Schuster generate the pyrazole derivative. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has 91% the advantages of maximum yield, simple operation, mild conditions, high conversion rate, few byproducts and the like, and provides a brand-new synthetic method for construction of pyrazole compounds. Fast and Efficient Continuous Flow Method for the Synthesis of Ynones and Pyrazoles

Kandasamy, Mohanraj,Ganesan, Balaji,Hung, Min-Yuan,Lin, Wei-Yu

, p. 3183 - 3189 (2019/05/28)

In this study, we developed a convenient and efficient two-step method for the synthesis of ynones in a flow reactor, through the generation of lithium acetylide and its subsequent reactions with acid chlorides. Using this approach, we obtained the ynones in moderate to good yields at room temperature. Moreover, we transformed the ynones into pyrazole derivatives through coupling with hydrazines. This transition metal-free process, mild reaction conditions, and broad functional group tolerance are all attractive features in comparison with conventional bench-top methods.

Preparation of 3,5-disubstituted pyrazoles and isoxazoles from terminal alkynes, aldehydes, hydrazines, and hydroxylamine

Harigae, Ryo,Moriyama, Katsuhiko,Togo, Hideo

, p. 2049 - 2058 (2014/04/03)

The reaction of terminal alkynes with n-BuLi, and then with aldehydes, followed by the treatment with molecular iodine, and subsequently hydrazines or hydroxylamine provided the corresponding 3,5-disubstituted pyrazoles or isoxazoles in good yields with high regioselectivity, through the formations of propargyl secondary alkoxides and α-alkynyl ketones. The present reactions are one-pot preparation of 3,5-disubstituted pyrazoles from terminal alkynes, aldehydes, molecular iodine, and hydrazines, and 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles from terminal alkynes, aldehydes, molecular iodine, and hydroxylamine.

Kostyuchenko,Shulishov,Korolev,Dokichev,Tomilov

, p. 2562 - 2570 (2007/10/03)

Raney nickel-catalyzed hydrogenation of 5-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-3- (1-pyrazoline)]-5-carboxylates occurs with N-N bond cleavage with simultaneous cyclocondensation to give 3-aminopyrrolidin-2-ones containing a spirocyclopropane fragment. The pres

3-Cyano- and 3-(alkoxycarbonyl)spiro[2-pyrazoline-5,1'-cyclopropane] and 5-phenylspiro[1-pyrazoline-3,1'-cyclopropane] undergo unusual transformations into 3(5)-substituted 5(3)-(2-hydroperoxyethyl)pyrazoles in the presence of atmospheric oxygen. The cond

Formation and thermal decomposition of adducts of phthalimidonitrene with spiro(1-pyrazolinecyclopropanes)

Tomilov,Kostyuchenko,Shulishov,Averkiev,Antipin,Nefedov

, p. 1316 - 1322 (2007/10/03)

Oxidation of N-aminophthalimide with lead tetraacetate in the presence of spiro(1-pyrazolinecyclopropanes) at temperature from -20 °C to -30 °C resulted in the formal generation of phthalimidonitrene followed by its addition at the N=N bond of the pyrazoline ring to form 5(3)-substituted N-{spiro[1-pyrazolinio-3(5),1′-cyclopropane]}-N-phthalimidoamides (azimines), whose regioisomeric compositions were determined to a large extent by the nature of the substitueras in the pyrazoline ring. The structures of phthalimidoazimines were established based on the NMR spectra and X-ray diffraction data. Thermal conversions of the resulting adducts, which proceeded either with retention or with opening of the spiro-fused cyclopropane ring, were studied.
