Paragraph 0019; 0020; 0021; 0022; 00245; 0028, (2017/04/25)
The invention discloses a synthesizing method of glufosinate-ammonium intermediate of 3-(methyl chlorinated phosphatidyl) propionyl chloride. The synthesizing method has the advantages that MDP (methylenediphosphonate) is used as raw material, and is performed with addition reaction in a tube type reactor and an acrylic acid liquid, so as to obtain the 3-(methyl chlorinated phosphatidyl) propionyl chloride; the technology operation process is simplified, the connection is sequential, the artificial cost is greatly reduced, and the production cost is reduced; by adopting the tube type reactor, the reaction equipment using reaction kettle in the prior art is improved, the tube type reactor is used for quickly separating the byproduct of hydrogen chloride and the product to improve the yield of product, and also realizing the industrial continuous operation; the danger in the industrial process is avoided, and the safety hidden hazard is eliminated.

, (2008/06/13)
The invention relates to a process for making 2-chloroformylethylmethylphosphinic acid chlorides of the general formula: STR1 in which R1 and R2 each stand for hydrogen or CH3. To this end, methyldichlorophosphane is reacted with acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or crotonic acid at elevated temperature. More particularly, a solution of methyldichlorophosphane in phosphorus trichloride, the solution originating from a reaction of phosphorus trichloride with methane at temperature higher than 500° C., is used. The reaction is effected at temperatures ithin the range 50° to 90° C. in the presence of hydrogen chloride; and the phosphorus trichloride is distilled off.
