Pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-7(6H)-one derivatives represented by the general formula (I), wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom or methyl; when R1 represents hydrogen atom, then R2 represents cyclopentyl, tetrahydropyranyl, cyclohexyl, or cyclohexyl substituted with 1 or 2 halogen atoms; when R1 represents methyl, then R2 represents cyclopentyl; R3 is selected from the group consisting of phenyl unsubstituted or substituted with 1 to 3 substituents selected from F, Cl, Br, I, and OCH3; and 6- to 10-membered heteroaryl with 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected independently form O, N and S; and Q represents C1-C3-alkylene group, which is unsubstituted or substituted with 1 to 3 C1-C3-alkyl groups; and their salts.
