34241-39-9 Usage
General Description
(E)-Azobis(isobutyronitrile) is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C8H12N4. It is commonly used as a radical initiator in the polymerization of various materials, including acrylics, methacrylics, and vinyl monomers. (E)-Azobis(isobutyronitrile) decomposes at temperatures above 64°C, releasing nitrogen gas and two isobutyronitrile radicals, which initiate the polymerization reaction. (E)-Azobis(isobutyronitrile) is also used in the production of organic pigments and dyes, as well as in the synthesis of certain pharmaceutical compounds. However, it is important to handle this chemical with caution, as it is a potential fire and explosion hazard.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 34241-39-9 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 3,4,2,4 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 34241-39:
(7*3)+(6*4)+(5*2)+(4*4)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*9)=89
89 % 10 = 9
So 34241-39-9 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

PCT No. PCT/JP97/01459 Sec. 371 Date Aug. 14, 1997 Sec. 102(e) Date Aug. 14, 1997 PCT Filed Apr. 25, 1997 PCT Pub. No. WO97/40846 PCT Pub. Date Nov. 6, 1997The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical luteinizing hormone releasing hormone agonist in combination with a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone antagonist. By using a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone agonist and a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone antagonist in combination, the transient exacerbation with elevation of serum testosterone and estrogen owing to the pituitary-gonadotropic action (acute action) manifested immediately following an initial dose of the luteinizing hormone releasing hormone agonist can be successfully obviated.
