Phosphorodiamidic acid, N,N'-diphenyl-, also known as N,N'-diphenylphosphorodiamidic acid or (diphenylamino)phosphinic acid, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C12H12N2OP. It is a colorless crystalline solid that is soluble in water and polar organic solvents. Phosphorodiamidic acid,N,N'-diphenyl- is a derivative of phosphoric acid, where two of the hydroxyl groups are replaced by phenyl groups and the third by an amino group. It is used as a reagent in organic synthesis, particularly in the preparation of various phosphorus-containing compounds, such as phosphonic acids, phosphinates, and phosphinates.
