General Description
3-(4-Ethoxyphenyl)propionic acid is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C11H14O3. It is commonly known as ethenzamide and is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by reducing hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. It is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. Ethenzamide is often prescribed for conditions such as arthritis, menstrual cramps, and other types of short-term pain.
