Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 51093-42-6 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 5,1,0,9 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 51093-42:
(7*5)+(6*1)+(5*0)+(4*9)+(3*3)+(2*4)+(1*2)=96
96 % 10 = 6
So 51093-42-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Palladium complexes with 1-methyl-3-phenylindazole ligands

Bulygina,Khrushcheva,Ikonnikov,Sokolov

, (2017)

1-Methyl-3-phenylindazole reacts with lithium tetrachloropalladate and palladium acetate to give new coordination and (C,N)-cyclometallated dimeric and monomeric palladium complexes.

“On Water” Palladium Catalyzed Direct Arylation of 1H‐Indazole and 1H‐7‐Azaindazole

Abbouchi, Abdelmoula El,Akssira, Mohamed,Bousmina, Mostapha,El Kazzouli, Sa?d,Gambouz, Khadija,Guillaumet, Gérald,Nassiri, Sarah,Suzenet, Franck

, (2020/07/02)

The C3 direct arylation of 1H-indazole and 1H-7-azaindazole has been a significant challenge due to the lack of the reactivity at this position. In this paper, we describe a mild and an efficient synthesis of new series of C3-aryled 1H-indazoles and C3-aryled 1H-7-azaindazoles via a C3 direct arylation using water as solvent. On water, PPh3 was effective as a ligand along with a lower charge of the catalyst Pd(OAc)2 (5 mol%) at 100 oC, leading to C3-aryled 1H-indazoles or C3-aryled 1H-7-azaindazoles in moderate to good yields.

An Effective Method for the Synthesis of 1,3-Dihydro-2H-indazoles via N-N Bond Formation

Zhang, Xiaoke,Pan, Yang,Liang, Peng,Ma, Xiaofeng,Jiao, Wei,Shao, Huawu

, p. 5552 - 5557 (2019/11/22)

The [4+1] cycloaddition reaction of bifunctional amino reagents has been achieved with in situ formed aza-ortho-quinone methides. Specifically, N-(tosyloxy)carbamates were used as an N1 synthon and bifunctional amino reagents for this transformation, which provides a metal-free, catalyst-free, and oxidant-free strategy to form nitrogen-nitrogen bonds. (Figure presented.).
