Synthetic method of Brodimoprim intermediate 4-bromo-3, 5-dimethoxybenzoic acid

The invention relates to a synthetic method of a dihydroreductase inhibitor Brodimoprim intermediate 4-bromo-3, 5-dimethoxybenzoic acid. The method comprises the following steps of in an aqueous solution, adjusting the PH value of 4-bromo-3, 5-dimethoxybenzoic acid to be alkaline by using caustic soda liquid, introducing chloromethane to carry out methylation reaction, heating, refluxing to removemethanol, finally acidifying, recrystallizing and drying to obtain 4-bromo-3, 5-dimethoxybenzoic acid with the weight yield of more than 94% and the total area content of a liquid phase of more than97%. The process is cheap in raw materials, simple in process, good in economic benefit, basically free of three wastes, green, environment-friendly and suitable for industrial production.
