The invention discloses a synthesis method and application of the 3, 3-ditetrazole-1, 5-glutaric acid, a lanthanum-copper binuclear complex of the 3, 3-ditetrazole-1, 5-glutaric acid and the complex nanoparticles. The method is low in raw material cost and simple and clear in process and has the positive and important significance for the application research of the novel tetrazole carboxylic acidcompounds. The compound designed and synthesized by the method disclosed by the invention is rarely reported or has not been reported at home and abroad and is high in novelty; the compound synthesisprocess is simple and clear, and the raw material cost is low. According to the present invention, the human lung cancer cells (A549) are selected as the research objects, the in-vitro anti-cancer activity of the complex is tested, and the results show that the complex can be used for preparing the anti-cancer drugs.
