Total synthesis of (R)-telomestatin

We have achieved a total synthesis of telomestatin, and its absolute configuration was determined to be (R). Coupling of cysteine-containing trisoxazole amine and serine-containing trisoxazole carboxylic acid, followed by macrocyclization, provided a 24-m
