METHOD FOR PRODUCING NITROGEN-CONTAINING ORGANOXYSILANE COMPOUND
-
Paragraph 0047, (2017/09/08)
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more efficient method for producing a high-quality nitrogen-containing organoxysilane compound. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a nitrogen-containing organoxysilane compound represented by the formula (7) by reacting a nitrogen-containing halosilane compound, which is obtained by reacting a compound represented by the formula (1) and a compound represented by the formula (4), with a hydroxy group-containing compound (R9OH), wherein the reaction between the nitrogen-containing halosilane compound and the hydroxy group-containing compound is carried out in the presence of at least one selected from a trihydrocarbylamine compound having total carbon atoms of 8 or more, a diamine compound and a polyamine compound having 3 or more nitrogen atoms. (R1' represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms or the like; A represents an amino-containing group; R8 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group or the like; X represents a halogen atom; and R9 represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms.) Page/Page column 27-28, (2008/06/13)
The invention relates to topical pharmaceutical compositions comprising a phthalocyanine, wherein a diamagnetic metal ion moiety is either coordinated or covalently bound to the phthalocyanine core. The invention also relates to methods for destroying cancer tissue, precancerous cells, photo-aged cells, damaged cells, or otherwise pathologic cells, or activated cells, such as lymphocytes or other cells of the immune system, or activated or inflamed tissue cells comprising topically administering to the cancer tissue or surrounding tissue an effective amount of a phthalocyanine composition.
