• Associated context:

  After successful synthesis of the 6-methoxymellein 3 and  kigelin 4, we focused our attention towards the most challenging  target fusarentin ether, in which two iterative  a-aminoxylation  reactions were carried out to construct anti diol unit in highly  diastereoselective manner as shown in Scheme 3.
