    First, people confound yoghurt with yoghurt drink. There are various brands of yoghurt and yoghurt drinks in supermarkets. Consumers who want to buy yoghurt may buy some yoghurt drink home. In fact, many people don’t know the difference between the two. Yoghurt is milk of high quality fermented by lactic acid bacteria. It in nature is milk. But yoghurt drink is a kind of beverages, no longer belonging to milk. It contains fewer nutrients. Thus, when those people drink milk, they may have stomachache or throw up. Then, they can drink yoghurt instead of milk.

    Fourth, people eat anything with yoghurt at will. But it is wrong because some medicine can not be taken at the same time with yoghurt, such as chloramphenicol, erythrocin and sulfonamides. They can kill lactic acid bacteria. But yoghurt matches with bread, noodles and rice.

    Fifth, drinking yoghurt helps lose weight. Lactic aid bacteria can promote the gastrointestinal peristalsis and reduce the appetite. But it contains a certain calories of itself. If you drink it on the basis of meals, you also have the possibility to gain weight. Thus, we suggest choose low- fat or de- fat, though they may be not that delicious.

    Sixth, it is usually considered that yoghurt can not be heated for lactic acid bacteria may be killed and the flavor may be influenced. In fact, when it is heated to tepor, lactic acid bacteria can not be killed. Instead, their vitality can be increased. Thus, you can put a bad of yoghurt in 45 degrees water for a while, and then drink it. In this way, people better absorb the nutrition.
