  • The Harms of Eating Too Much Delicious Foods
  • Some people would say: "If there are no delicious foods in the world, what's the meaning of longevity?" But do you know, if you eat too much of some foods without any limitation, it may easily cause harms on your body and lead to some diseases, especially for the children who are at the growing and developmental stage.

    First, orange:
Orange is kind of very nutritious fruit, but it also contains erythrophyll. If you eat too many oranges, you would take in too much erythrophyll, which may lead to skin disease, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or even bone disease. As a result, children should not eat more than four medium-sized oranges every day.

    Second, popcorn:
Popcorn contains a high content of lead. Once the lead enters the human body, it will damage the nervous, blood and digestive system, and affect the hematopoiesis. What's more, the detoxification system of children has not been fully developed, so if they often eat popcorn, it may lead to chronic lead poisoning. The main symptoms of chronic lead poisoning include: loss of appetite, diarrhea, irritability, abnormal growth, and so on.

    Third, hyacinth bean:
Hyacinth bean contains a kind of special gene, which not only can cause goiter, but also will promote the excretion of thyroid amino acid, leading to the deficiency of thyroid amino acid. The physique of the children at the developmental stage is very weak. Therefore, they should not eat too many hyacinth beans.

    Fourth, chewing gum:
Chewing gum contains plasticizers, which is a toxic substance. In addition, chewing gum also contains the metabolites of carbolic acid, which is also very harmful to the human body. What's more, chewing gum is also very insanitary. Therefore, it may lead to gastroenteritis.

    Fifth, instant noodles:
Instant noodles contain food colorings and preservatives, both of which are harmful to human body. What's more, if the children always eat instant noodles, it will often lead to malnutrition, and affect the growth and development of their body.

    Sixth, spinach:
Spinach is rich in oxalic acid. This kind of acid can produce calcium oxalate and zinc oxalate, both of which are difficult to be absorbed by the body. Therefore, they will be easily excreted out of human body. If children are at the developmental stage, their body needs a lot of calcium and zinc. So if they lack of these two nutrients, it will not be conducive to the development of bones and teeth. As the same time, it can also damage children's intellectual development.
