A mixt. of PVC [9002-86-2] 100, Ca-Zn stabilizers 3, epoxidized soybean oil 2, octyltin mercaptide 1, stearic acid 0.3, waxes 0.5 part and this compn. 1.125 parts was kneaded 4 min at 80.degree. to give sheets which were combined and pressed at 180.degree., giving a sheet with improved heat- and weather resistance compared with a control when the modified epoxy resin compn. was omitted.
