PYRANOPYRAZOLE AND PYRAZOLOPYRIDINE IMMUNOMODULATORS FOR TREATMENT OF AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES
-
Paragraph 0274; 0275, (2019/06/17)
Pyranoyrazoles and pyrazolopyridines of formula I or formula II are disclosed: (I), (II) These compounds inhibit Coagulation Factor Xlla in the presence of thrombin and other coagulation factors. They are useful to treat autoimmune diseases.
REACTION OF 2-AMINOPYRIDINES WITH α,β-UNSATURATED ACIDS
Beresnevichyus, Z.-I. G.,Vilyunas, V. Yu.,Raudelyunas, V. I.,Baltrushis, R. S.
, p. 71 - 75 (2007/10/02)
The reaction of 2-amino- and 2-amino-5-halopyridines with acrylic, methacrylic, and crotonic acids forms N-(2-pyridyl)- and N-(5-halo-2-pyridyl)-β-alanines and the betaines 2-amino-1-(2-carboxylatoethyl)pyridinium or 3,4-dihydropyridopyrimidin-2-ones, or their homologs.
Synthesis and characterization of lanthanon(III) chelates of ligands possessing N,N,O donors
Chowdhary, Vimla,Parihar, Manju,Gupta, Vikal,Goyal, Rajeev,Mehta, R. K.
, p. 280 - 284 (2007/10/02)
Schiff bases derived from the condensation of α-pyridone with anthranilic acid and β-alanine and their lanthanon(III) chelates have been synthesised and characterised by physicochemical techniques.Potentiometric studies have been carried out by Irving-Rossotti method in 30percent (v/v) dioxane-water media (μ-0.01 M, 0.05 M and 0.10 M NaClO4) at 25 deg, 35 deg, and 45 deg. ΔG0, ΔH0 and ΔS0 of the metal chelates have been also evaluated.
