- Preparation method and application of dimenephrine hydrochloride intermediate 7-methoxy-3-methyl flavone

The invention provides a preparation method of a dimenephrine hydrochloride intermediate 7-methoxy 3-methyl flavone, which comprises the following steps: carrying out cyclization reaction on a compound IIa: 2, 4-dihydroxy propiophenone and a compound IIb: benzoyl chloride under the action of sodium benzoate to obtain a compound III: 7-methoxy-3-methyl flavone; according to the preparation method of the intermediate 7-methoxy-3-methyl flavone, provided by the invention, methylated 2, 4-dihydroxy propiophenone and benzoyl chloride are synthesized by adopting a one-step method, so that the prepared intermediate 7-methoxy-3-methyl flavone is high in purity, few in process impurities, high in yield and simple to operate; the invention further provides application of the 7-methoxy 3-methyl flavone in preparation of the dimenephrine hydrochloride, the yield of the dimenephrine hydrochloride is higher, and the specific preparation operation process is simple.
