Dicyclohexylammonium nitrite (CAS NO.3129-91-7) can be used as vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. It is mainly used for metal corrosion protection and to prevent metal corrosion to continue. Eg for motor vehicles and parts, deceleration chassis, internal combustion engines, machine tools, cutting tools measuring tools, etc. can also be used in weapons, radar and other equipment of the metal protection. Vapor corrosion inhibitor with excellent performance, long period of anti-rust, anti-rust effect is good, complex and simple components are suitable. But it was brass, tin and its alloys are corrosion.
Dicyclohexylammonium nitrite (CAS NO.3129-91-7) consists of dicyclohexylamine reaction with phosphoric acid dicyclohexylamine, and then adding sodium nitrite dicyclohexylamine nitrite reaction: reaction products after washing and drying was finished.
