Reaction of PhPCl2 with dicyclohexylamine followed by a secondary amine affords stable tertiery phosphine (Ph)(DCA)(NR2)P in good yield which reacts readily with sulphur to give the phosphine sulphide (Ph)(DCA)(NR2)P(S).
