The title compound was synthesized by a transamination reaction between N⁴-benzoyl-2'-deoxy-5'-O-(4,4'-dimethoxytrityl)cytidine and hexane-1,6- diamine in the presence of 1,5,7-triazabicyclo(4.4.0)dec-5-ene (TBD).
