General Procedure. To 1 equiv of oxime acetate dissolved in
toluene was added 1.2 equiv of the corresponding alkynyl Fischer
carbene, and the mixture was heated for ca. 18 h at 90 °C. The
reaction was monitored by TLC. Once the reaction was complete, the
solution was cooled to room temperature. The solvent was removed
and the crude product was purified by silica gel column
chromatography (hexane/EtOAc 90/10).
