A convenient synthesis of 5-substituted 1-[1- (diethoxyphosphoryl)alkyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazoles

5-Substituted 1-[1(diethoxyphosphoryl)alkyl]-1H-1,2,3-triazoles were prepared in good yields (61-83%) via thermal 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of diethyl 1-azidoalkylphosphonates and 2-oxoalkylidene triphenylphosphoranes.
