3-Organo-1,3-benzazaphospholes and -benzazarsoles as well as 3,3-disubstituted 1,3-benzazasiloles and -benzazastannoles are prepared from o-LiC6H6N=C(li)Bu^t and the relevant organoelement dichlorides.The heterocycles obtained are converted by flash vacuum pyrolysis into the aromatic 1H-1,3-benzazaphospholes and benzazarsoles, respectively.
