Optically active N.N'-bis-<(1-phenyl)-1-ethyl-ethylendiamine reacts with aryl- and alkyl-bis-hydroxymethylphosphines and diaryl-hydroxymethyl-phosphines to give the title compounds.The molybdenumcomplexes of the diphosphins are discribed.
