solved in CH2Cl2, washed with saturated brine, dried
with magnesium sulfate and filtered, followed by the
removal of the solvent under vacuum. Finally, the crude
product was purified by column chromatography on
silica gel (dichloromethane-methanol, V∶ V=40∶1) to
obtain pure fan-shaped molecules 7 as white solid, yield
75%. m.p. 212—214 ℃; 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz) δ:
7.92 (s, 3×1H, triazole-H), 5.62 (s, 3×1H, 12-H), 5.56
(s, 3×2H, OCH2-triazole), 5.15 (s, 3×2H, O2CCH2-
triazole), 4.55—4.59 (m, 3×1H, 3-H), 3.65 (s, 3×3H,
CO2CH3), 0.69, 0.76, 0.79, 1.08, 1.09, 1.11, 1.32
(3×7×s, 3×7×3H, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29-CH3);
13C NMR (CDCl3, 75 MHz) δ: 198.92 (11-C), 175.93
(CO2CH3), 171.75 (triazine-C), 168.50 (13-C), 164.84
(O2CCH2-triazole), 141.52 (triazole-C), 127.39 (12-C),
124.69 (triazole-C), 82.52 (3-C), 60.57, 60.22, 53.85,
50.78, 50.11, 47.36, 44.35, 43.02, 42.19, 40.04, 37.58,
37.03, 36.72, 35.82, 31.56, 30.81, 30.10, 27.52, 27.31,
27.03, 25.44, 25.36, 22.37, 17.63, 16.29, 15.45, 15.37;
