Treatment of α-acetamido-cinnamhydrazides with aromatic aldehydes produces N-(1-aza-2-arylvinyl)-2-(acetylamino)-3-aryl prop-2-enamides. These on treatment with methyl isothiocyanate yielded the novel unknown title compounds.
