Uses of this chemical: The trans-1,2-Dichloro-1,2-bis(trichlorosilyl)ethene could be obtained by the Silane, trichloro(trichloromethyl)-. This reaction needs the reagent of Cu powder. The yield is 51 %. In addition, this reaction should be taken for 40 hours at the temperature of 150 °C.
