Uses of Trisiloxane,1,1,1,5,5,5-hexamethyl-3,3-bis[(trimethylsilyl)oxy]-: It can react be used to produce tetramethylsilane. This reaction will need reagent Ga and I2. The reaction also need heating, and the yield is about 90%.
