Nickel(II)- And Silver(I)-Catalyzed C-H Bond Halogenation of Anilides and Carbamates
Kianmehr, Ebrahim,Afaridoun, Hadi
, p. 1513 - 1523 (2020/12/14)
ortho -C-H bond halogenation of anilides and N -aryl carbamates using easily available N -halosuccinimides (NXS) as the active halogenation reagent in the presence of nickel or silver catalyst has been developed. This method provides a new approach to 2-haloanilides and carbamates, which may serve as starting materials for the synthesis of pharmaceutically and biologically active compounds.
Chiral Bifunctional Phosphine-Carboxylate Ligands for Palladium(0)-Catalyzed Enantioselective C?H Arylation
Yang, Lei,Neuburger, Markus,Baudoin, Olivier
supporting information, p. 1394 - 1398 (2018/01/05)
Previous enantioselective Pd0-catalyzed C?H activation reactions proceeding via the concerted metalation-deprotonation mechanism employed either a chiral ancillary ligand, a chiral base, or a bimolecular mixture thereof. This study describes th
1,7-palladium migration via C-H activation, followed by intramolecular amination: Regioselective synthesis of benzotriazoles
Zhou, Jun,He, Jianjun,Wang, Binjie,Yang, Weijun,Ren, Hongjun
supporting information; experimental part, p. 6868 - 6870 (2011/06/21)
A novel 1,7-palladiummigration-cyclization-dealkylation sequence for the regioselective synthesis of benzotriazoles has been developed. These reactions proceed in excellent yields with high regioselectivities. The mechanism of the reaction has also been investigated.
Reductive Heck cyclization versus δ-carbon elimination/decarboxylation: synthesis of dihydroindole and indoles from Baylis-Hillman adducts
Kim, Hoo Sook,Lee, Hyun Seung,Kim, Se Hee,Kim, Jae Nyoung
scheme or table, p. 3154 - 3157 (2009/08/07)
Modified Baylis-Hillman adducts having 2-bromoaniline moiety at the primary position underwent Pd-mediated reductive Heck type cyclization to produce dihydroindole derivatives. The same starting materials can also be used for the synthesis of indole deriv
