Amine ethylated piperazine and preparation method thereof
-
, (2021/10/16)
The invention provides a preparation method of an amine ethylated piperazine, and relates to the technical field of preparation of aminoethyl piperazine. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a piperazine compound, a chlorination reagent and a soluble piperazine compound solvent to carry out chlorination reaction to obtain the chloropiperazine hydrochloride. The piperazine compound comprises 2 - hydroxyethyl piperazine or N, N' - bis (2 - hydroxyethyl) piperazine. The chloropiperazine hydrochloride, the organic amine and the water are mixed, and the substitution reaction is carried out to obtain the aminated piperazine. The organic amine includes methylamine. Diethylamine, propylamine. The preparation method provided by the invention is high in product yield, high in purity, simple to operate, wide in reaction raw material source, low in production cost and suitable for industrial production.
ALKYLATION OF ACYCLIC AND CYCLIC DIAMINES AND POLYAMINES

Alkylation of diamines and polyamines by allyl and methallyl chlorides or by chloropropenes has been used to obtain polyalkylpolyamines that had not been described previously. The alkylation of the polyamines by allyl and methallyl chlorides proceeds more energetically in comparison with the alkylation by ethyl chloride or chloropropenes. The alkylation of either cyclic and acyclic polyamines begins with the primary amino group. With increasing length of the chain and the alkyl radical at the nitrogen of the alkylated polyamines, their capability for reacting with the evolved hydrogen chloride drops off, and this leads to a decrease in yield of the desired products owing to the loss of activity of the original or partly alkylated polyamines.
