146629-34-7 Usage
Uses
Different sources of media describe the Uses of 146629-34-7 differently. You can refer to the following data:
1. Several novel 5-substituted 2'-deoxyuridine (dUrd) analogs were evaluated as substrates for highly purified herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1)-encoded thymidine kinase (TK) derived from HSV-1 TK gene-transfected murine mammary carcinoma FM3A cells, and human platelet thymidine (dThd) phosphorylase.
2. Several novel 5-substituted 2''-deoxyuridine (dUrd) analogs were evaluated as substrates for highly purified herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1)-encoded thymidine kinase (TK) derived from HSV-1 TK gene-transfected murine mammary carcinoma FM3A cells, and human platelet thymidine (dThd) phosphorylase.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 146629-34-7 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,4,6,6,2 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 146629-34:
(8*1)+(7*4)+(6*6)+(5*6)+(4*2)+(3*9)+(2*3)+(1*4)=147
147 % 10 = 7
So 146629-34-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of 5-radiohalo-2'-deoxyuridine
-
, (2008/06/13)
Method of synthesizing 5-radio-halogenated-2'-deoxyuridine from 5-trimethylstannyl-2'-deoxyuridine is described. The method consists of the steps of mixing 5-trimethylstannyl-2'-deoxyuridine with an aqueous solution consisting of a radiohalide and NaOH to form a first mixture, adding H2 O2 /CH3 COOH to the first mixture to form a second mixture, sonicating the second mixture, evaporating the solvent from the second mixture to form a residue, reconstituting the residue, filtering the residue; and then purifying the filtered residue such that at least one of a radiohalogenated nucleoside and nucleotide is obtained. A kit consisting of the components required for the above synthesis is also described.
